A&K House Cleaning does not let you follow our schedule, we follow yours. You can choose to have your house cleaned weekly, bi-weekly or monthly (every 4 weeks) as we offer convenient packages so we do not disrupt your important schedules.

During our cleanings we cover small details like baseboards, door handles, light switchers, light
appliances, etc., We wash floors in bathrooms by hand so we can reach behind the toilet and along the baseboards. Overall, our cleaning is very detail oriented!
A&K House Cleaning gives a 100% guarantee and we will always come back and provide extra cleaning in case you are not completely satisfied with the final results. Customer satisfaction is our main priority, that is why we try to keep in touch and give you a personal phone call with the follow up to make sure cleaning service was up to your expectations.

Recurring House Cleaning
Professional and personalized regular cleaning services on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly (every 4 weeks) rotation. The same professional is coming every time to make sure we deliver consistent results each cleaning.
On top of standard cleaning list of kitchen, bedrooms, living areas and bathrooms we cover all the details like baseboards, doors handles, light switchers, light appliances, etc., Cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms, washing floors in the bathroom by hand is done every time! We organize items on kitchen and bathroom counters to add professional look to your home.
One Time Deep Cleanings
Move-in and move-out cleanings, spring cleaning, special occasion cleaning for single family houses as well as townhouses, condos and apartments. You may choose whether or not you would like us to clean windows from the inside, kitchen and bathrooms cabinets from the inside, inside of refrigerator or oven. Additionally you can request sweeping of the garage floor and spot cleaning the walls. Carpet cleaning can be ordered from A&K Carpet cleaning on the same day!

We’re happy to reschedule your cleaning at no charge if we receive at least 48 business hours (2 business days) notice prior to your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 business hours’ notice are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the estimated service cost.

Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled cleaning will be charged the full cost of the estimated service.
